Service Agreement

When you hire us for a move, we enter into a service agreement where we commit to providing professional and timely moving services. You agree to provide accurate information and be available at the scheduled time and location.

Booking & Cancellation

We recommend booking your move in advance to secure your preferred time slot. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic transfers. All rates and fees will be disclosed prior to the move.

Liability & Damages

We handle your belongings with care. However, in the unlikely event of damage or loss, please notify our team immediately. Claims must be made within 48 hours of the move. We are not responsible for items packed by the customer unless damage is due to our negligence.

Access & Preparedness

Please ensure all items are packed and ready for transport at the time of the move. It’s your responsibility to make sure we have proper access to both pickup and delivery locations (including elevators, parking, or permits if required).

Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport hazardous materials, firearms, explosives, perishables, or any illegal items. If unsure about an item, feel free to ask us before your move.

Delays & Weather

While we do our best to be on time, certain delays can happen due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll keep you informed and work to minimize any inconvenience.
